Rating Model

This screen is used to set up rating models in relation to employee competencies. Performance Ratings used in the Performance Review process are setup using this window.

Prerequisites

  • No prerequisites.

Rules and Guidelines

  • Rating Model requires 10 characters or less.
  • Rating Models appear in the People Competencies section within the Talent module.

Field Information

ClosedRating Model*

This field displays a 10-character or less code that represents the rating model.

ClosedDescription

This field displays a description of the rating model.

ClosedPurpose

This field displays a description of the purpose of the rating model.

ClosedRate Code*

This filed displays a 5-character or less code that represents the rating model.

ClosedDescription

This field displays a description of the rating model (e.g. Excellent, Good, etc.)

ClosedMeaning

This field details the meaning of a particular rate code (e.g. The employee has shown an excellent understanding of the process; The employee has shown a good understanding of the process, etc).

ClosedValue

This field displays a value of the rating model.
